1) In respect of services cancelled by the Tourist as per the Cancellation Rules, the refund amount automatically credited to Tourist's Bank Account, Credit Card / Debit Card within 07-10 working days from the date of cancellation (excluding Bank Holidays & National Holidays), 

2) In respect of refunds due to ticket not booked but amount debited to Tourist's account, Tourist is required to send an e-mail to mentioning reference no. of the transaction. After verification, full amount shall be refunded within 3-4 working days to the same Bank Account, Credit Card / Debit Card, 

3) If the payment for cancelled reservations made by Net Banking, Credit Card / Debit Card, the Refund shall be processed to the same Bank Account, Credit Card / Debit Card only, No Cash Refunds shall be given. Online Payment Gateway Charges @ 2% shall be applicable on "Fully Cancelled Transactions" and the same shall be deducted from Refundable Amount, 

4) "Refunds in case of poor quality of service / service break down shall be done after examination of issue and subject to decision of the Managing Director of Concerned Tourism Department or Authorized Person from Tourism Department as per the availed service,
